Scott entered the Industrial door Industry early on in his career. After graduating from college with a MS and MBA, he became an assistant director. Scott excelled in his position and quickly progressed from a lead hand to sales representative to part owner and In 1996 Scott started his own company. Door and Dock Solutions, is a family-owned industrial door service and installation company located in Houston, Tx.
Scott is the driving force behind door and dock solutions and has grown the company from one salesman and one truck to a full staff of sales and installation experts, where they install and service all types of overhead doors and dock equipment. At a young age, Scott's curiosity guided his career path, launching a successful entrepreneurial endeavor that has grown into a multi-million-dollar corporation, with an unwavering dedication to corporate responsibility and customer satisfaction.
Scott holds the title of President and will continue to be heavily involved in all facets of door sales, service, and installation to this day. Although the company is strong he realizes that hard work will always be rewarded. Scott's philosophy is "anyone can start a company but it takes dedication, determination, and countless hours of work to build a successful business."
Nicky has been known to bring a creative and analytical approach to her work. She looks at the big picture items and our long term strategy on growth. Through our internal accountability systems at Door and Dock solutions, her expertise on Operations keeps us on target with daily, weekly and monthly goals.
She works with all of our customers to make sure they are getting the best service possible. She's helped to build systems that monitor and analyze the overall performance of our business. Her efforts have led to continuous improvement in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Eric joined us as our accounting manager after spending the previous 10 years within the door industry with a primary focus in accounting. Proven accounting leadership with experience in areas of the accounting process. Passionate accounting professional that provides attention to details, excellent time management and effective working both independently and as apart of the team
His experience ranges from Forecasting to Pricing, General Ledger and Closing. In addition, he has experience in Revenue Recognition, Cost Accounting and Project Accounting. His attention to detail and accounting process knowledge benefits our company’s client relationships and their overall success.

Rich is a team player who contributes to the overall success of our business by effectively managing his customers from initial contact to installation, ensuring they develop a long-term relationship with us. Rich has the ability to positively impact our customers' businesses by implementing innovative solutions for their industry via education, visioning and teamwork.
Rich started his career in the world of industrial and commercial construction as an apprentice and has steadily worked his way up to Senior Project Manager. His broad knowledge and experience in the construction industry has made him adept at dealing with a wide range of customer needs and successfully managing projects. With a keen eye for detail, Rich handles every project that crosses his desk from start to finish.
Executive Assistant Human Resources
Meredith has been a member of the door and dock solutions since October 2018. Meredith is passionate about providing nothing less than excellence in customer service, as well as building positive and strong relationships with all stakeholders. She has extensive experience in general administrative duties, as well as project management and business process design.
Mentored, developed, and trained contract staff on new systems, processes and procedures. Reported to the VP, Vascular Human Resources and provided high level administrative support to the VP and two Directors. Provided professional bi-lingual (Spanish / English) support to the General Manager and Executive Management Team.
Meredith brings over 15 years of experience in Human Resources including training, mentoring, development, staffing support and payroll compliance. A strong sense of ethics and integrity helps me go the extra mile for the team. she is skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
